High Low Cannonball Bed

This a nicely turned cannonball bed with a paneled headboard with top roll and a pleasingly shaped footboard. The posts are a full 4" square and in very good condition. The side rails have been routed out on the inside to accept a metal spring. The finish is not original but does have a please reddish color. The pegs for a sacking bottom have been sawn off.
